Ventus Capital Partners (VCP) is an independent investment firm focused on Latin America, particularly Argentina. The firm actively invests in private equity transactions across various industries.
VCP leverages its international network to invest in companies through two strategies:
VCP aims to identify asymmetric opportunities that generate attractive returns for its investors, deploying dedicated funds for each opportunity. VCP’s unique network and successful track record of investing and operating in the region are key to achieve this objective.
VCP sponsors the development of the Search Fund Model (SFM) in Argentina and other South American countries. Conceived in 1984 at the University of Stanford, the SFM, or Entrepreneur Through Acquisition (ETA) model, catalyzes SME growth and has consistently delivered high returns.
